I've got a 2 colored image via the internet. Except the quality is really bad in that the borders of this image have a lot of "noise". How can I use photoshop to eliminate this "noise"?
It's just a bi-color picture, nothing fancy. No fading is used, just strictly (1 color over here, and another color over there).
Ideas?
