Getting my little 6yr old sister to zip her jacket.

The Bible states that women should wear women's clothing (dresses), and NOT men's clothing (pants). Don't you care about that?

I would rather my sister did not get cold so no, that does not bother me. And tbh, it doesn't bother my sister either as she's always wearing trousers instead of dresses.

This time of year it's 46°. Not that cold.
I've seen women wearing dresses in that kind of weather here.

46deg F, that's barely jacket weather, pretty-much not.

Not that I personally care, just something that was drilled into me by my Mom. She wears dresses in the Winter.

Maybe the Bible makes an exception for children, I dunno.

You peeps have clearly not been up to the far north then as it can get bitterly cold up here 🙁.

For what's its worth, we have her school on board with this, they have her best friends remind her that she cannot get out of the school until the jacket is on, hood up and the jacket is zipped.

Even her rainbow girl guide group insist it's done up when she is on camp trips away, there is a volunteer leader that makes sure all of the troop are appropriately clothed for these camping weekends away.

I did spend a week at the Isle of Skye. Saw both ends of a rainbow there. 🙂
