Getting my Impala next week... Need some help with audio system

Im getting my 2000 impala next week. I have a question regarding the amp and sub combo im looking at.

Amp is here...

And sub is here.

How is this combination? Sub is rated at 100-300 RMS, amp at 283 watts RMS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

why a 2000 impala?

Last I checked, that car didn't have one good thing going for it... I could be wrong though...

Well I won't be buying from Crutchfield - its just easier to find the stuff you want @ crutchfield and then buy the equipment elsewhere.

Amp for about $170
