Getting music off of your iPod?

To be more specific, how do you get music off of your iPod onto your Mac? I've been Googling for third party programs or of different ways to do it but all the articles I can ever find are either four or two years old.

Try Sentui if you're on a Mac. I think it works pretty good from what I remember.
