getting music off of a windows phone on a strange mac

Basically, I have a windows phone. There is music on there. The windows phone is synced to another computer. I won't see that computer for a few months. I'd like to get the music off of there. How do I do this?

Should still be able to just install the WP software on the Mac, I would assume. I don't think the syncing is "exclusive" in anyway. Not sure if the phones get mounted for basic file system access on Macs or not like in Windows.
