Greets to the group -
I've recently axed my broadband service and am presently limping along on a 56K. I'd like it to simply disconnect when I get an incoming call. The irony is that there are tons of programs out there to help your modem STAY connected, but I want just the opposite.
I have Call Waiting, which can be turned off via the modem's Properties, but that just means the person hears a busy signal, rather than having it ring and ring. What I want is to just have the whole damb thing go "click!" and shut off, and let the phone start ringing. Not even sure if this can be done.
