Getting married this Sunday

Since others have posted about their upcoming weddings, I thought I'd share as well. I'm getting married this Sunday (wow, only three days away) at a secluded gazebo in a botanical garden in the DC area. The reception is to be held in a large banquet room at Martin's Crosswinds not too far away. We're expecting 110 guests.

We're headed to Costa Rica for 11 days on Tuesday, staying in two seperate hotels a few hours from eachother. I have NO idea what to expect, other than nice scenery and lots of mosquitos? :) I hear the water is crystal clear and it should be warm this time of year.

I know someone's going to request pics, so I'll throw up a couple engagement photos.

Photo 1, it was damn cold outside and rainy, and we were actually shivering in this pic

Another photo.

Candid pic, starting to pack.

So, just thought I'd share :) Have a nice day.

Edit: Clarification; we're in one hotel for 7 days and then another for 4. The hotels are a few hours apart from eachother.

Good luck....you don't really know someone until you live with them.

<--- I've been married a month this week....and it's good. :)

Err, I assume you mean Martin's Crosswinds? :) (I went to a wedding there a few months ago)

Congratulations!

Why the need for seperate hotels? I'm assuming the Costa Rica trip will be the honeymoon?

We've been living together for most of our engagement, actually (a little over a year) :)

LOL, let me guess, she planned most of the wedding and you're just showing up? ;)

In the packing photo, if your girl stands up against that wall I think we won't see her pants, the pants and the wall nearly match in colour!

Don't worry though, I'm already imagining her without the pants. lol

Haha, umm yea, maybe 90% to my 10% ;) I helped with the big things (i.e. reception site, etc), but I didnt' sweat the details.
