It's the truth for some, just like "Comedies are better than Action flicks" is the truth for some and "Redheads are more attractive than Blondes" is the truth for some. It is, by no means, a universal truth.

Also, I'm thinking that your opinion on the roles of men and women in relationships is a bit.. irrelevant. Not because of you orientation, but because you've pretty much shown yourself to be a giant douche in regards to 99% of all topics. ;)

Then why the fvck should anyone value your opinion on the subject?

Let me guess, you're 16 and listen to Tom Likus?

QFT...why is it that those who know the least about something are always the first to say it's bad...oh yeah, because they dont' have the balls to try it...

If you don't even have a GF you have no say in what marriage would be like.

wow.

Leykis 101 is a generality. There are a few exceptions.

In order to understand me, you must see that everything revolves around me. Then it all makes sense.

So it takes balls in order to have them lopped off?

You certainly have an interesting view of masculinity. Please, expound.

He said that it takes balls to try marriage. I coupled that with the joke that the wife controls the testicals. You see what I did there? Do you see? Yes, very good.

Anyone that claims to want to "try" marriage needs to have their head examined. It's up there with "trying" a bullet in the leg.

why try to bother explaining it? everythign on this forum is backwards. if you make a joke, its not funny or you're being an ass but if they make the joke, its funny and if you don't find it funny, you're being an ass.

I meant try dating. Try women....

And about the "joke". I suppose they get old. With all the negativity about marriage why spread more? People are always saying: "pfffft, get married and lose your balls, get your head examined" etc and then turning around and saying that marriage is destined to fail, that you should sign a pre-nup etc. I wonder why so many marriages fail when so many people offer up such a negative view about it? And the irony is that those whom are so negative aren't even dating/aren't married/never have been in either situation...

I'm always funny, AND I'm being an ass. That's how I roll.

good f'ing luck. 2/3 end in divorse. I don't gamble my life like that, nor blind myself thinking 'love' is my pocket Ace.

Like I told my friend the other day who is getting married next week, be sure you are ready, or at least wait it out... some stupid ppl out there today getting married and fcking up a kids future with torn parents.... and then society suffers as the cycle repeats itself.

Congrats...but you don't need to be married to be happily in love. No matter what all the married folks tell ya. It's just a piece of paper and a ring.

Posting on ATOT just before getting married, that's kind of funny.

The last thing I'd be doing on my wedding day would be neffing on OT.

Trotting out a tired stereotype about marriage isn't really a joke, IMO. In the future when you find yourself ignorant, try keeping your mouth shut, it may improve your image.

While I admit complicity in your thread-jack it doesn't make you any less an attention-whore btw.
