Getting in to BIOS key?

Okay I have a Dell Latitude CPi D266XT That I am working on but I can't find the key to get into the bios during the BIOS loadup. I have tried all the F1 key and the Delete key and the Fn key with F1 but nothing works. I know some ppl have done this but I can't find it anywhere.

Could be F1, F2, F10, Del, Ctrl-S, Ctrl-Esc, Ctrl-Alt-S, Ctrl-Alt-Esc.

Oh okay I found it. After much searching around at Dell's site I finnaly d/led a pdf manual and it said something about Fn F1 so I tried it some more times and continued doing so and if finnally worked when I was farther into the windows bootup.
