I'm still on the program. I faltered in December due to some family issues that took a couple weeks to sort out plus the holidays, but I'm back on it. Lost 22 pounds, Body Fat 12%, running 3 miles every other day, and weights on the opposite day. I'm picking up a new weight bench today with a leg attachment, preacher curl attachment, and Lat attachment. Hopefully, I can take my weight workouts to the next level.
I've mentioned your site countless times to everyone I know. The responses are varied:
"Wow, I bet he's on steriods"
"That's not the same guy in the 2nd picture."
"Protein shakes have never done that for me." (That's because you don't workout, fool!)
"I do the same thing, but I don't look like that." (That's because you eat Triple Cheeseburgers at Jack in the Box. fool!)
Anyway, a couple people I know are trying out your program for their new year's resolution. Thanks again for the inspiration.
