But, if demonred got fine cooling pad.....it would make significant difference. Jus sayin.

I just checked, and the fine, aluminum w/ball bearing fans cooling pad I got for my Alien a while back is no longer available:

BUT, I was knocked out by that one I found and put up a link to, with the single, GIANT fan and the luminous reviews, bet it works even BETTER than mine does! Did....when I was using my lappy. I think they not making the aluminum ones now.

Edit: by the by, I looked on ebay, and they do still make aluminum ones. Fan placement, quality and size are the issues, tho.

Wow, that's a good page.....the Antec one, oddly shaped, looks good....and Targus makes good stuff, have Targus carrier for my Alien.

Maybe you should start new thread in Peripherals--- if that is the right forum, not sure if it is---could be Hardware... and solicit opinions on the best ones!!!!

I still like aluminum cause acts kinda like a heatsink. That was one reason I chose mine.
