getting disappointing FPS in q3a...very sad :(

running athlon at 850 mhz, bios settings more or less maxxed
can NOT use agp fast writes though...geforce gts 32meg ddr and getting

1024x768 normal q3a 63.3 fps?!
this is 16 bit..I should be getting easily over 100...I can't even break a 100 fps at 640...
and vsync is off in q3a AND in my nvidia control panel...what is up here?
com_maxfps is also set at 200

Make sure nothing is sharing IRQ whit yor video card.
This can really cripple video performance.

disabled agp 4x in bios, stuff runs good now, 100+ fps 1024 ... thank god!
