Getting CPU temp to display properly on Chaintech VNF3-250

I think I've read about several others who have managed to get the CPU temps to report properly on the Chaintech VNF3-250 motherboard, but unfortunately they didn't really specify how it was done in their posts. Anyone have a reliable solution for this?

If my memory is correct, they have flahsed beta firmware onto their board. It has been a while since the last beta. I wonder when that's going to be released?! And where to find the beta firmware?
