(being senseless to destroy your concrete base)
1.) Use a 1" auger bit in your 1/2" drill and bore a series of holes down through the existing broken off post. You'll be able to work and chisel enough of the post out to drop a new one in. You may need to rip down the new post 1/8 or 1/4 of an inch to get it to drop down in the concrete. (this would be my choice)
2.) Get a bolt down sleeve for a 4X4 post. You can tapcon it (or use another of 100 types of concrete anchors) to faten it down. Drop the new post in it and blow a few screws in. It'll be a lot simpler fix the next time the idiots run it over.

I would def reccommend option 2 suggested when u go to replace. How mch of the wood is left? Can you wrap a chanin around it and pull it out with a truck?

were all 3 mailboxes that were killed in the same spot? I would seriously considering another spot for your mailbox further away from your neighbor's driveway...

I hate these people. I should make the next one out of bricks :)

Use a PVC pipe instead of a wooden post and fill it with concrete at well, You can also get one of those larger boxes that have a heavy amount of reinforcement around it. It would make them realize their mistake next time with a dented bumper and trunk

why don't you move your mailbox closer to your door?

and make those old folks pay.
