Getting an SAS proxy error after I formatted a 3rd hard drive in IE.

Last night, I installed a 3gb hdd to just format it and take it out. Before I did this I could connect to the internet just fine, I have ATTBI. Now when I use IE I get an SAS proxy server for every website, it does not do this with Mozilla. I have reset the cable modem, restarted the computer but nothing works. I tried to update my antivirus software, but it gets a proxy server error with that too. Kazaa lite works though. How do I fix this problem?
