Getting an apartment, need some stuff...

I'll be moving into an apartment in about a month. One of the main furniture items that I need still is an entertainment center. I want something cheap, but decent looking and sturdy. I've seen a few options on amazon.com and other sites like that, but was seeing if anyone knew of any better sites to search for things like that. I have a lot of items that need to go on it. 37" LCD tv, 360, Wii, cable box, receiver, speakers etc... So it'd be nice if it was more of an open design so its easy to plug everything in/move stuff around.

Aside from that, Im just looking for some tips/tricks people may have learned from moving into an apartment. Places to save money. Things to double check before you move in. Just looking for the overall wisdom of ATOT here.

Probably looking between 100-300. Im flexible and all and if something is a really good deal I would spend more, but under 300 would be very nice.

I got mine from walmart Its this one but they have a lot of different styles.

Cable box and xbox fit on bottom, movies, games, and controllers and crap go in giant drawer while not in use

Money saving tip: Raid your family members homes for free stuff and whatever you don't find buy from Big Lots or some dollar store that sells closeout stuff. Things like cleaning supplies, bowls, trash cans, broom, kitchen utensils etc... can get expensive quick.
