getting a zalman 700cu, Zalman passive vga cooler, zalman passive NB Cooler have a question

should this be enough to make my system barely audible? here are my specs

antec sonata
abit is7
p4 2.4c
wd raptor
ati radeon 9500 pro

The Raptor will ruin that, but there is a noise price in performance. It's the loudest thing in my system, but why be so concerned with quiet that you drop performance. The fan on medium 8+ feet from me is louder than the computer <2 feet from me. A lot louder,but if I turn on my stereo to low listening levels, I hear neither.
