Hie,

I was wondering where would be a good place to purchase a ring online? I'm looking for something like a promise ring. Preferbly silver made. Would love to have it delivered to someone in Folsom, California.....

I think that is a nice gesture, you can get something pretty, simple and tasteful many places online.

first, how much are you looking to spend?

Hmm.....I'm 10k miles away from here so there's noway I can go to the local mall there.

Well, I would just like to get her a ring which does not mean engagement or marriage.

I know most on here think tiffanys.com is overpriced and ugly, but to be honest, there are some very unique, high quality rings for a nice price on there. you could just have it shipped to here.
let me find some of my favorites :)

Folsom huh? Is your boyfriend in prison? You know they can't wear jewelry there. Unless he smuggles it in up his arse.

Somewhere between 50 to 100. I'm a poor engineer.

Situation is, we're in this long distance relationship and have not exactly been nice to her. She wanted a break up cause she no longer has any feelings. I know by buying a ring and what not would not change anything but I'm trying everything I can to make her feel what she felt before she went to US.

long distance relations never work out. if she already wants to break up and have no more feelings, you're just wasting money.

You're right. She was there for 7 months and she's gonna be home in 2 more months. I don't believe things can just go off like that.

yikes, knowing now what you wrote, i would not buy her a ring. I would send her a really nice, long, heartfelt letter (make it really personal) and maybe some flowers.

for $50-$100 i would go to an antique shop in your area and look for something simple and "her style" then wrap it up nicely then send it WITH the letter.
