getting a ps2, and gamecube soon...and......

i was wondering what games to buy for the gamecube. any recomendations? rite now im looking into the super smash brothers game for gamecube, and for ps2, im definitly getting ffx, and mgs2. so what are some good games for gamecube?

Bcoz the game production of DC ended, even shenmue 2 cancelled. If u want GTA3, you want Tony Hawk, you want FFX, SH2.......go for PS2,GC and Xbox.

Anyway, I have to just say this... we went to a small get together last nite with a decent number of ppl, and their kids.

1. omg I can not understand ppl liking the pos that is the gamecube controller. I thought the thing was going to break apart in my hand. Not to mention, those left and right triggers have got to be the worst triggers in terms of feel and feedback as to the pressure being applied I have ever touched.

2. Like I said a good amount of kids at this get together, and the PS2 pretty much ruled the night. (mind you I am an Xbox person myself) but, I have to be factual, and the PS2 saw most of the action by farrr. Not b/c it had more games, cause at this house, they didn't... It just was more fun than the GC.

3. No, there was no Xbox on hand... too bad. Would have been fun playing halo with a bunch of peeps.


That's all I just had to vent on that controller... no wonder the system is 199.00 It felt just ever so cheap.

Now I return you all to your threads...

**EDIT** yikes forgot to mention, tho it has the kiddie label... The kids at this party, my lil girl included, did not really like it, and spent most their time on the PS2... hence why I got so good at the damn jet ski game lol.

For Gamecube, probably Waveracer and Star Wars.

the gamecube controller does not suck, and there is such a thing as good games on the gc. rogue leader , pikmin, super smash brothers are probably the best ones right now.
