Getting a hold of Abit..RMA?

Have a shot ZM6, been in use prob. more than a year.
I know I'm prob. out on the warranty but don't want to throw it the trash either. Is my best bet to call the California
#? Really don't want to spend more than $50.00 to repair
if they even do that. Any experiences here?

If I remember, Abit wanted $35 to fix a BX6 rev. 1 I think they charge a flat fee, $35, to fix any board that is out of warranty.
