Getting a Dothan for my laptop

Can I just pick up this one:

And drop it in my laptop (currently has a Celeron M in it)?

I am quite confused about processors nowadays especially now you can use Dothans in desktop platforms.

Only if the motherboard supports Dothan, what chipset does it have? 855 chipset is 400mhz FSB only, 915 is 400/533mhz FSB.

Is there an easy way to find that out? The specs aren't listed on Compaq so I guess I need to do a CPU-Z?
