I filed on January 30th, opening day. By mid February the IRS sent me a chuck of spidey's MONEY. I figure in any given year I live off of spidey for at least three weeks. Thanks spidey! See ya next year.

we purchased our first home last year and i was going to pay someone to do our taxes because i have never done it with a house purchase, but after talking to my buddy who's a cpa (not local though so he can't just do them for me) he said to just do it online and it should have the steps i need to follow, but if i get held up to ask him.

but thanks for this thread because you reminded me. i'm going to do them tonight.
