The best body kit I have seen was a VW bug that had panels put on it to make it look like an old porche 911. It was amazing, made it look like a hot wheels car. I'm not even sure if its a production kit but it was the funniest thing I have ever seen.

I saw a kit like this on an old mid-80's BMW 3 series, the kit made the body wider, it was painted in shiny purple, it was the most god awful looking thing ever.
