DX12 appears to destroy it.

DX11 (Launch Date):

DX12 (Recent Review):

980 gains a few FPS while the 970 drops by a huge amount.

I guess it depends on what your review site you look at? Over on Guru3D i'm seeing it run about right where it should.

Still seeing some gains vs. DX11 and release drivers.

The cause of this suit was a tad overblown, but at the same time there should be a punishment of some kind for what was essentially false advertisement. I already submitted for my check, and I wish it had been more to hit them a bit harder, but it is what it is.

Insults are not allowed
GTX 970 went on to be NVIDIA's most popular Maxwell GPU and is currently the most popular GPU on Steam, and it continued to grow in popularity even once this "scandal" was well publicized.

Believe it or not, most gamers/GPU buyers didn't give a hoot about RAMGate :p
Most gamers are pretty stupid ......

Insulting others is not allowed. Warning issued. -Shmee

It has nothing to do with AMD,if you buy a product and it is not as advertised and you're entitled to compensation and you don't claim it then you are stupid in letting a Corporation keep your money.

Has anyone received their money yet? I haven't heard anything at all regarding my claim.

The rebate company might be waiting for the application deadline before they even start processing.

Today is last day!

Yup! It has to be mailed today or submitted online today. If they sent you a postcard with a claim number on it, you can submit online with that number and it will auto fill in address info etc.. Otherwise you need to submit with a invoice/receipt etc..
