Sweet!!

Thanks for posting this one. I bought TaxCut (federal & state), MS Money, the shredder, and the paper, and it'll cost me $19.95 plus around $6 for S&H after rebates. The deal is good online too but you might have to search for the rebates using the rebate link on the main page (as I did).

So what is better, TurboTax or TaxCut? I have used TurboTax and It'sDeductible for the last several years with good results. Anyone have any one have any experience with DeductionPro, the TaxCut version of It'sDeductible?

Staples has good deals on both Products.

I have not used Deduction Pro, but did use TaxCut last year with great results. I had read a number of reviews that gave TaxCut a better score than Turbo Tax. I plan on buying TaxCut again this year. Two years ago I paid $250 for a tax preparer. What a waste!

Where do you get the electronic filing coupon/program for $14.95 less $14.95 MIR? Is that inside Taxcut?

Thanks for the input. I may try Taxcut this year.

The e-file rebate is in the package. At least it was is TT last year.

I found the answer on another website. The efile rebate is in the Taxcut box as either a coupon or a .pdf file on the CD.

The post over at FW has an excellect listing of what needs to go where as far as originals and copies of receipts/UPCs/box parts.

Hey guys,

I'm gettin' too old for this sh!t--sent the rebate submission without making a copy of the Money2004 Deluxe barcode. Yep, I think I copied everything as the rebate form suggests, but I cannot find the damn thing now :-(

So if it's not a big deal, could you please e-mail me the scanned barcode to MH3023 AT Hotmail DOT com?

Thank you!

P.S. Somebody rated the M$ rebates as the most reliable ones (so hopefully I will not have to re-submit/will not need a copy at all). However, my paranoid part insits that the rebate will definitely get denied just because there's no backup. Please... help me out
