We need to get the American Flag out of our schools.
Apparently in some parts of the South West, you have a high percentage of illegal aliens in schools.
Since they are not Americans, the flag might offend them or make them feel uncomfortable.

It's amazing how they can be considered "illegal" yet have rights here...

Not really against it provided they contribute to society.

The day they pull the flag out od schools is the day I will pull my kid from them. They will not be taught in a socialist school but in an American one. If I can't find one where an American flag is they will be home schooled where an American flag will be prominently displayed.

Ban all religion
Ban clothing(school uniforms only)
Ban untraditional haircuts
Ban side burns/facial hair
Ban hats
Ban any and all physical activities that might result in touching another human
Ban teacher & student relationship
Ban anything that could remotely be viewed as violence(including but not limited to hand guestors)
Ban any word that could be offensive

heh, sorry dude, but just having a flag in a school means jack squat. Kids have to learn good citizenship before they can attach any meaning to the flag as a symbol of our country. Schools face a whole of problems that are bigger than any flag issue.

if you want to be patriotic, try supporting more spending on schools in the first place...
