Get rid of Boot Magic/LILO

I have both Bootmagic and LILO on my system. Bootmagic is default though. I want to get rid of both of these because I now only have Win 98SE on my comp. I don't know how to get rid of them and would appreciate any help.

All it does is overwrites the Master Boot Record. Use the search option in the forums for more info.
