Pity I don't play CS anymore. It was fun for a while. But when it gets played at every damn lan it's no fun. I tend to admin the matches more now than playing them.

Does anyone now if this is the version with the enhanced multicast mode? From memory I saw an article a while ago about a very cool multicast mode that displayed a time delayed movie of the action. That might make things more interesting.

i don't see the harm in DLing the new half life patch anyway...might depend on the server you're playing on, if they're running CS 1.3 or not.

I played with a link for the Windows server updates to get the valve client side patch and I got a working link. PM me and I will send the link to you guys as much as I can before I go to work. I am going to try to get a working link to the CS update too.

I think the retail version of CS does not need the vavle patch but I am not sure. I do have a link to the retail version update.

Ok the cs10021003.exe and cs1003.exe are for the retail version


keep an eye out for a csv1113.exe or csv13full.exe should be the mod version
