Is there an english version of that site? My wife is Vietnamese, but I am pasty white, and don't understand the lingo yet. If this is true, the US is in a good position to cozy up to these nations, especially Vietnam. Relations have been pretty good to my knowledge since Clinton and Bush.

I'm sorry, I don't think there is an English version of that site, but you can use Google translate to convert the site to English.

Who the hell can blame them? I'd want to arm myself to the teeth too, knowing that a possible future Nazi Germany is in my neighborhood. South Korea and escpecially Japan should go nuclear ASAP!!!

I doubt it. Their total defense budget for 2012 was $3.3 Billion.

Non nuclear carriers that can handle 15-20 planes should be "relatively" cheap.
May be some used ones out there.

Or they could do what a few other countries have done; take a hull and put on a flight deck.
