Get new vid card and pwr supply or more ram?

Athlon 64 3200 +, 1 gig ram,etc. System is mainly for music videos,dvds,etc. Would upgrading to a dedicated vid card make a difference since it's not really used for gaming? Some of the videos and dvd's look grainly.( if that makes sense)or should I go with another gig of ram? Been looking at these

Not for gaming? Then get an X300. No need for an additional PSU. Of course newer and better cards can take some of the load off the CPU for video decoding, but it's never been an issue for me.

If you don't need more RAM then don't waste money on it, after a heavy day's use check the peak load value in taskmanager. If it's over 1GB then you could use more.

Then the cheapest AGP card that has a DVI output you can find. Hell, borrow one from a mate to see if the quality improves first.
