get into 11s with 30K

if someone gave you 30K to get into 11s, how would you do it?

this is regarding cars, please don't post in here unless you are actually going to answer the question, thanks. Curious about ideas, not an asinine thread to post whore.
 
if you're talking about cars and making them go fast, i would be happy with the car i have now, then spend the money on something useful.

Buy a notchback Mustang GT. Build engine, nitrous, slicks. 11's. Then you'd have about $25k left over.

Built Ls1 (CL), GnZ, turbo SBC, or RB26DETT with upgraded nissan driveline or corvette IRS.

I could easily do it on 5K with a little shopping.

we're talking fast cars here. The car has to reseanably fast in the to begin with. Not fanboys.
 
all i know is AWD and turbo or turbos and no nitrous.
i'd want a car that i can use as a daily drivery too and i live in the NE 😀
