yes but the carclub membership fee is $6/month unless you want to go through the hassle of cancelling it within 30 days

There's no hassle really. Use a webcert and you can use their email form to cancel. On top of that, if you like their service, still email them to cancel and they usually offer you a second free month.

It took a little over a week to get.

Umm mod, there is no special code needed for the GC. You goto their main page and click join and you get it.

EmpNero, I signed up for it too and got the MC, but I cancelled within a week...I was tempted to find out, though!
