Get bends out of CD covers?

Is there a good way to get the indentions/bends/folds out of a paper CD cover/insert, as when it's not put back in correctly and the holding tabs smash it? Putting under a heavy object for awhile doesn't do much.


Also I've heard there's good way to completely remove address labels from magazine covers without damaging it. Anyone know?
