a long long time ago, while i was still a kid in hong kong i received a knockoff of the red/white Famicom (NES) that played the same nintendo games.

i didn't know it was not made by nintendo until i got older

If that actually worked, the RIAA and MPAA wouldn't have hardly any problems with piracy. Most of their revenue lost by piracy is because China creates millions of good copies.

Well, nintendo's a lot closer to china than the RIAA. I bet they could launch some missiles over there pretty easily.

People should be more careful, but it's gonna when some excited, happy Mom and Dad proudly give their kid a "Wii" only to have the kid told them they messed up and got him a knockoff.

They got him a Zune?
