the one on outpost IS the sensory science 2100. This mp3 player works great. But it sucks down batteries (quote directly from sensory science website"Plays for two to three hours on a single AA battery (included)." And on top of that, the memory upgrade is a proprietary card that ONLY sensory science sells at ($99.95 for 32 meg)


if you just want a 64 meg mp3 player for your car, this is a great deal but if you are gonna use AA batteries.... a more expensive model will save you money in the long run.


outpost says its the MP2100. Scroll down under the "Tell a friend" then it says.... "Description (Manufacturer# MP2100)".


The rebate form from amazon has a different Dept # listed than the rebate form off the sensory science site. just fyi
what the hell is the raveMP-F30? there is no such model listed anywhere.

worst case scenario w/outpost: it's the wrong thing and you pay $10 for them to come back and pick it up from your house, no questions asked. Outpost is the bomb.

The 64 Meg Rave 2100s were want E-Music was sending out after they exhausted their supply of 32 Meg versions.

At the time, I did some reading on it to determine if it was a keeper or seller ... I thought I read that the range/S/N on it was only 70DB or as compared to most other brands 90DB. Also the proprietory memory was a bummer.

Check the specs before you buy this model.

Looked it up on the site and s/n is only 70. Bummer I was really thinking about getting me one of these. Still might to sell locally hehe.
