Sorry if I sound like a gloating jack@ss, but... I did this deal a while back when Staples had $30 off coupons. My total came out to $20 (about the price of one of those crappy i-zone instant cameras). This is the super sized version NOT some wimpy happy meal.

Not only do you get the camera... but you get ton's of film. What a deal! It saved me $13 already (passport photos). Almost paid for itself...

I saw the earlier post and was suprised that no one jumped on it. Anyways, here's a bump.

How's the quality of the pictures on this camera. Is it as good as 35mms' or digital cameras'?

Never had a polaroid before so I'm unsure of the quality. Are they as good as mid-high end digital cameras?

The pictures are very grainy. I'd have to say that its worse than a 1.3 megapixel camera (depending on lighting). Just my own observations from the polaroid I took a couple of weeks ago.

If you are curious, just buy one. You're bound to use it sooner or later (unless you have a digi-cam & printer)... =)

The only bad thing about a digital camera is getting the pictures developed physically. And one of the nice things I see with polaroid and digital cameras is that you can take pictures that normally you wouldn't want to other people to see when developing.
