I'm running the lastest denenator driver from Nvidia. I have windows xp. Any idea?

Double check video card in motherboard is secure.

it's not the cable or the board. The cable is secured.

Double check power-saving features -- on monitor and within Windows.

Replace computer to monitor cable.

If problem persists replace video card.

How did you install the newest drivers if you get no video signal?

Could you elaborate further on your problem? I was getting blank screens a few times a week on my 2yo Sony monitor with an nVIDIA card. After a few weeks, the monitor died.

If safe mode works, it's a case of bad drivers.
