Benefits are three times the cache, higher FSB so it kicks boards into using a higher FSB strap. Sell off old chip for $50.

Goddernit, I don't need the games or chips, but tempting...
 
This is a GREAT deal. I picked up a E5200 for a file server I have which is using a Q6600 presently (long story). I now can move that to my main rig and have quad core!

All for $80 bucks shipped! (processor and 2 games).

good deal, bought an E8500 and ill sell the 2 games i get on CL for 20 each or so since ive played them alrdy, making the overall price even lower!
