Ok...answer YES to question 1 or you are out immediately. I chose NO and question 2 started with "Thank you for completing the survey..."

1112 means the survey number itself. Another survey might be number 937, etc. It tells everyone 1112, that is just the survey's "SKU", like at an OfficeMax store.

Did the survey, but nowhere did it indicate any GC for my trouble...we'll see what happens I guess.

Thanks Ranger X. That was a long and interesting survey about gambling, just hope I get the $10 Amazon.com GC otherwise I wasted 10 minutes.

RangerX - what was there to indicate that completing this survey would earn an Amazon.com gift certificate? Was there any banner or other indication during the survey when you did it? Did the information you receive state "when" you'd receive the gift certificate?

It's great you're posting these "free" things, but you should include some background information on a deal when you post it, especially if there's no information on the website you link to to get the "free item" such as in this case. It's going to save you from having to answer a bunch of qestions, after the fact.

Again, thanks!

When you click on the link (provided in my first post), it says you'll receive a $10 GC to Amazon for your survey. If it doesn't say that anymore, it must be dead.

Here's something that's a little disturbing....

When you "revisit" the website, you get the following message:

"You have already completed the survey

According to our records you have already completed the survey. Thank you for your interest. If you think this message is in error then please contact andrew@innismaggiore.com detailing the error you have received.
"

Why isn't this link direct to a "@cantonresearch.com address????

I'm not sure if you should be alarmed by that. If you go to innismaggiore is located in Canton, OH, and they're probably the ones who're conducting the survey.
