I watched the clips (who the fuck watches awards shows, other than mouth breathing morans?) and didn't find it all that funny. Gay tom cruise jokes have been way past cliche since at least 2009. I am gladdened that he fucked with the Hollywood elite and stirred them up into righteous indignation, though. The fact that he said all this stuff to their faces is pretty awesome.

not saying there is some magic statute of limitations for when one can comfortably go back to ribbing someone after a certain grief period, just that a little respect goes a long way.

being a scientologist, the guy defaults to some certain amount of crazy, sure. but he also does a lot of good for people in need. far more than any unabashed scientology/religion internet critic has ever done.

Regardless, if Gervais had done nothing in his life other than The Office and Extras, he would still be more talented than 99% of the people in that room. I thought it was hilarious.

Hollywood is nothing but a narcissistic leech on society, and this proves it.
 
Iono, these award shows at least get some hot womenz into some nice looking dresses.

I just look forward to the posts on ATOT about such and such actress looking such and such hotness.
