Germany bans Huawei and ZTE from 5G telecommunications network

Translated to English :
"
Huawei and ZTE components will no longer be allowed to be used in 5G core networks by the end of 2026 at the latest. The critical management systems of these two manufacturers must be replaced in 5G access and transport networks by the end of 2029 at the latest. The German government has agreed on this with the German mobile operators Telekom, Vodafone, and Telefónica. "We have examined the risks posed by critical components from Chinese manufacturers in German 5G mobile networks very carefully," emphasized Interior Minister Faeser at the press conference at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Home Affairs (BMI).
