GermanCarFans: 2005 Mercedes Benz SLK

I like the exterior. The multi-spoke wheels make it look a bit too busy imo, I'd go with some simpler rims.
And the rear end of that car is HOT. Looks great.

Cripes!! That is $81,697.49 based on current exchange rates!! Am I missing something here?
 
All lower class minions will just oogle at the pictures of this fine car. Upper class intellects like me will take the real thing, thank you. Geoffery, please drive the newest Benz upto the front door, and please watch out for the Rolls this time.

Agreed, the exterior design makes me want to wretch, but the interior looks nice enough.

Though, I wouldn't kick a SLK55 AMG out of bed for eating crackers.😀 Man, that would be a riot to drive.

edit: Autozine says the 0-60 and 1/4 mile of the new naturally aspirated C55 AMG is less than the old supercharged C32AMG and is heaver. It would be a shame if the new SLK AMG was slower too. :frown:
