Most civilized people are repulsed by the thought of brother and sister sexual acts. And there is a reason for that. We have a built in protection mechanism to prevent inbreeding. Inbreeding contributes to birth defects.

As much as you have a right to do with your body, the government has a right to protect future generations.

Maybe. Personally I literally could not care less if brothers and sisters are doing the nasty, but it's worth pointing out that much if not most of the opposition to incest is based on two things, coercion (power within families is inherently unevenly distributed) and the likelihood of birth defects which as productive members of society we'll be called upon to support. That isn't so much bigotry as common sense.

If they are adults, I don't see how it's the state's interest to say what they can do. It's flipping disgusting, and not a trend that will ever catch on, so it's a non issue.

The only thing that would sway me for state intervention would be is if b&s incest is commonly linked to some history of sexual abuse.
