Any ideas what happened?

I just got back from getting some breakfest and caught the end of it on CNN

Did France jump the gun and surrender? 😛
 
CNN is now reporting that 2 Germans (out of 5 people) were killed at a demo range in Kabul.

No word on the other 3 people

on yahoo the article mentions setting explosives to blow up some missles, and something went wrong
