I removed all (or as much as I saw) of the tired old rehashing from the Trayvon case. I'm sure there's a thread somewhere here for that discussion. This is about an entirely new incident and arrest. Please keep the discussion to that subject.

And no before you ask, this is not the old story, he's up to it again.

So how long before the Zimmerman apologist realize this guy is a psycho.

He still had every right not to be assaulted and potentially killed that night.
Nothing he can do, short of a confession to fill in the missing facts of that case, can change that.

As for his recent run ins with the law... his life was destroyed by that night.
He survived the beating, he survived the lynch mob, he survived the trial, but he did not come out of that entire process a whole and healthy person.

the guy has a target painted on his back. Cops are looking to bust him for anything.

We'll find this was all a misunderstanding but he'll be tried and convicted in the court of public opinion and yet another piece of bullshit will follow him around.

Anyone else find it interesting that at this point Zimmerman appears to have committed more crimes than the "thug" he shot?

None the less I will wait for more information before I condemn Zimmerman. We know the media has a bad track record in this case just like they did in the Michael Brown case........shot in the back......shot with his hands up....executed gang style in the street with a shot to the top of the head.

This is impossible to say. TM almost certainly committed crimes for which he wasn't convicted based on his behavior and pictures on social media.

GZ is going to become a felon soon and then he will lose his legal right to own a gun.

Rehash of old stuff quote deleted.

This guy had a history before his encounter with Martin.

No matter what happened that night George Zimmerman has long been a disturbed individual.

He was never a "whole and healthy person."

You seem to have many things way out of context from what I have read over time.

gang style ?

Not what I read.

I can't believe the dumbass is still living in Florida. You'd think the thug would be smarter. I guess that's where the psychopaths need to live.

Looks like the media in the OP is wrong and the thread title is BS....No weapon found.

MIAMI (AP) — Florida authorities say George Zimmerman, whose acquittal of murdering an unarmed black teen sparked a national debate on race and self-defense laws, has been arrested for allegedly throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend.

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office says the 31-year-old Zimmerman was arrested for aggravated assault in Lake Mary about 10 p.m. Friday and is being held at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility.

During a court appearance Saturday morning, Zimmerman's bond was set at $5,000 and he was ordered to avoid contact with the woman who was not identified.

Judge John Galluzzo gave few details of the incident, but said a wine bottle was involved and that the alleged assault happened at Zimmerman's home. Prosecutors questioned whether substance abuse treatment was needed, but the judge said that didn't seem to be a factor.

After the brief hearing, Zimmerman's attorney, Don West, told the Orlando Sentinel his client was arrested after allegedly throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend several days ago.

Zimmerman was also told by the judge to stay out of Volusia County, where the woman lives.

The judge ordered Zimmerman to pack up any personal belongings his girlfriend may have left at Zimmerman's home and give them to his lawyer.
Zimmerman, who wore blue scrubs and handcuffs, appeared calm during the brief hearing. At one point, he laughed and joked with an officer as he signed paperwork.

Although the incident didn't involve a firearm, the judge ordered Zimmerman to surrender any weapons out of an abundance of caution.

Yea lets gloss over he beat a girlfriend and a police officer BEFORE "that night" as you put it. I guess those were also isolated incidents? :whiste:

"beat" a police officer?

Ok. You want to add in some additional facts?

like it was in a bar, the officer was in plain clothes, and it wasn't much of a beating?

Shit, I'm a peaceful guy, but even I have been in a bar tussle.

But then when you show a video of Michael Brown beating an older black guy, it's nothing. Robbing a store? Silly "kids"! Holding a gun and money? Boys will be boys.

Trayvon stuff deleted.

But a guy gets into a bar tussle with a plain clothes cop, he's suddenly the worst person in the world.

No, many of us are non-psychopaths, just seems to be a pretty high density of em here.

Kinda like watching train wrecks on the side now and then.
