George Zimmerman arrested [again] on domestic violence charges

To prove my point above, there are still people claimed TM was stalked. Well, not according to the police but they don't care

Following =/= stalking you moron. George and Trayvon never met before that night. As such there can be NO STALKING TERM APPLIED. Ever. Period. End of story.

When you can understand that tiny little detail of the law you may finally understand why the verdict was a not guilty for the case. If you can't understand that simple legal definition then all I can say is I'm sorry for your mental incapacity, maybe it's genetic on your part, but regardless it would make you a fucking idiot.

Arraignment about to start. Don't know about bail as he apparently has no money and owes lots.

edit: charges are aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and 2 misdemeanors and bail set at $9000. Not allowed weapons or ammunition.

You're the one attempting to make a point using bad information. Such as Shellie claiming he threatened her with a gun, when she was interviewed by the police there was no gun involved and not a single witness ever saw one.
Do I care if GZ is jail for domestic abuse ? Hell no.
Do I find it funny that people try to draw comparisons to this and the TM case just to relieve their asshurt from falling for misleading media stories in the TM case. Hell yes.

Again, your the one using incorrect information in your attempt to justify this malcreant. Show me anywhere she said a gun wasn't involved. She said she didn't see a gun. Gz's attorney said GZ told him he had a gun. In fact Gz's ex who was at Shellie's house that day (the one who just called the police on him) in her police statement says that she and GZ both had guns while they were in the car. The police didn't search Gz's car. It is easy enough to have put it in the car. But I'm really tired of correcting you and your misinformation.

Did you read the link you posted ?

I can stalk a deer even if we've never met. Stalking can mean lots of things but at it's simplest it's following, or paying some sort of attention to, someone that doesn't want to be followed or paid attention to.

There's more to the crime called stalking, but stalking is also a word that has meaning other than a crime.

So as we surrepticiously lead the discussion away from Zimmerman's erratic behavior by his supporters, I ponder on the idea that if his head was as screwed up as he is now when he decided to initiate a course of action that eventually led to having him kill Trayvon (justifiably or not) methinks it would cast a pall on his ability to excersize sound judgement that fatal night. I wonder if his now evident mental instablility would have affected the outcome of the trial to his disfavor.

Or maybe having his head bashed into the ground followed by an attempted race based lynching made him mentally unstable? :hmm:

And what "course of action" did he initiate the led to having to hill Trayvon? Lets say Zimmerman is in my neighborhood. He sees me walking in my deep-cover hoodie and assumes I am up to no good and follows me for a short distance and calls 911. Do I end up dead?

So if someone looks at me and I don't want to be looked at I am allowed to bash their head into the concrete?:awe:

No but let's say a woman breaks down and has to walk to safety in the dark. If she is being followed by a guy, she speeds up and he speeds up until he catches her if she has pepper spray she might use it.

$9k bond, no contact with victim, GPS monitoring and no guns while out on bond.

Can go to house with police to retrieve belongings.

Next court date Jan 7th.

Let’s be clear, her story changed between the call to police and when they interviewed her, no gun was ever involved, yet you consider that proof of what?
BTW I’m not defending this miscreant. I’m simply making fun of the people attempting to draw comparisons between two completely unrelated cases.

Now does that sound anything like what happened in the Trayvon case?:hmm:

Sigh, I know what the "general term" for stalking and it is broken into two categories. One relating to hunting, and the other to the legal term. This is why I SPECIFICALLY asked in my original post to HomerJS the LEGAL definition. Not the fucking hunting term.

Humph! How dare you stick your tongue at me!😀 Ewwwww.

Course of action: He decided to follow Trayvon. That's what started it all.

similarities are being followed in the dark by some strange guy, being paced in speed and then refusing to answer properly "why are you following me"

And the differences being the woman didn't make it safely home and then decide to double back to teach the guy a lesson with her pepper-spray. At which point it is legally a "good shoot".

Her story never changed. She just said she never saw the gun. Unless you are saying someone I know always carries has to show me a gun to threaten me with the gun. You see how absurd that is. Also, His ATTORNEY said that he had a gun. This is what I am taking about. You have race blinders on. For TM to be bad, GZ has to be good. So you go to dumb extremes to make him good.
