Don't get me wrong I don't think that Bush is a smart man but as far as that article is concerned its complete BS. 91 is not unrealistic for even an educated man, like our president, but 182 is astronomically high. The highest IQ ever scored is a 218. Very few ever reach above 160. The chance of a perfect score is 1 : 1,600,000,000.

its a relative measurement... so how can there even be a 'perfect score'?
