<< This game is not for the meek, or weak of heart. And playing rough can be fun. >>

Be afraid! Be very afraid!

BTW, TS, if you're reading this, I just wanted you to know that I added it to my collection. Compared to some of the other threats I've gotten over the years, it's weak. It's tired, lacks creative flair, and simply falls flat. I'm sure you could do better if you tried.

Personal insults and threats accomplish nothing. This is just a Off Topic forum.

Even a "Casper Milquetoast-religious zombie" like me can see that. :)

Russ,

He has offered to graciously cut a piece of himself off and mail it to you. If I was you I would accept and ask for a pound of flesh.

I really don't think the court overstepped their bounds, they are simply trying to reconcile to conflicting and contradictory laws (big suprise). Our law books are full of crap that contradicts itself. I wish our legislators would spend their time cleaning up the law books rather than complicating them so the courts don't have to get involved. The involvement of the courts in our government is a direct result of lazy legistators.

Rahvin:

Exactly correct. The statutes are a mess. The Legislature should be apologizing to the American people for its stupidity, rather than complaining that the Supremes had to make a silk purse from a sow's ear.

Woohoo Red, Lay down the law!!

TS - no matter what personal insult you received it is not appropriate to send an email/pm in the manner you did. Personally I feel an apology is in order eventhough I know Russ doesn't care if you do.

He has no reason to apologize. In fact, we should be thanking Tripleshot. He's made some of our lives much easier here by showing us that he isn't the wise old man he claims to be, but is in fact just another immature flame-baiter.

It would have been appropriate for Russ to reply to the private E mail privately, not cut and paste here in the forum. I do not owe him an apology. He attacked me on a personal level and I attempted to reply in a private E-mail,since I did not think it approprate to escalate the rhetoric here in the forum. By his reponse here, anyone can see he is vindictive and wishes to cause me further harm. I only asked him in a private email if he was angry enough to want to confront me.

It's ok for you people to suck up to him if you favor his political slants. I don't suck up to him or anyone else. When I see you people cowtow to him,I really feel sorry for you. You can see in a moment,he would betray you without hesitation should you cross him.

Ask yourself how you would feel if a private email where to find its way to a public forum.

Apology to Russ? Sure, when he formally apologizes to me for his slander.

I don't think that will ever happen. He doesn't have the strength of character, IMHO.

You are right, Russ shouldn't have posted that email. However, if it were never sent to him it wouldn't have been posted. Both of you guys need to apologize.

I don't kiss Russ's ass. I agree with his political beliefs.

Bush has OK'ed the plan to appeal in Federal Court. I just hope the United States Supreme Court can put this thing to rest.

Mr Beetle

<< That's why I had to put Format C: on my PM banned list. Until he get's a new prescription of meds I don't want him bothering me with his weird late night nonsense. >>

And just how many msg's have you gotten Mr Beetle? Shall I refresh your memory? One that I initiated telling you that I'd had enough of your childish personal attacks and to just stay away from me in the future, and two more in response to your surreal paranoic meanderings concerning the "threat" that I had made to you. Its quite obvious to me who the medicated one is, unfortunately though you sometimes have results such as you exhibit when you grow your own prescriptions and indulge to excess. Keep stirring though, each attack brings you one step closer to being a real life growed up tird-sucking Dung Beetle that mommy would be proud of.
