About the 2.3 million jobs lost you are talking about. What about the jobs created? If you look at the statistics at bls.gov you'll finds that when Bush took office there were less jobs than there is now. So, yeah, you may be right that there where 2.3 million jobs lost, but there were also 3+ million jobs created. See that is what is so damn screwed up with the democrats, y'all follow the pack saying the same damn crap, not to realize that what you are saying is incomplete and misleading. That's what the democrats are looking for in their voters, dumb people.

Marginally. Adjusted seasonally, it barely covers annual growth of the economy.
Perhaps us dumb democrats fail to see that borrowing against SS and the deficit ballooning the way it is is in fact, a good thing...
And that the gap between the rich and the poor grow with every conservative regime since the 20's is also a good thing too...

How many new jobs has Bush created at the expence of the environment?
He just opened up our area in South East Alaska for logging.
It was banned under Clinton because it's the last pristene rain forest left in USA.
Years ago it was open & all the mountains were stripped bare, this harmed a lot of salmon streams.
Around here, even little creeks have salmon spawning in them.
Bushes opening it up for logging will create jobs, but it's a clear cut plan of destruction.
Small logging companies, working but looking out for the environment would be good.
But I don't think that's what Bush has in mind.
Big buisness rapes the environment, and our government can make money out of those kinds of deals.
Democrats could rape the environment to get better stats like job creations,
or spend us into debt so our children have to pay it back, then let the Republicians do the right thing
and lower the debt & protect the environment. That way the Democrats could get the good stats and
stupid people would start voting democrat instead of republician.
I'm non participan, but I know that when a republican is elected president, the drug war will increase,
we will go into debt big time, the environment suffers greatly, plus lots of other blights.
Global war is in our future since Bush has enough money to buy the next election.
I'm kinda thinking that 200+ million is bribery money that he'll have to pay back to the donators by cheating the American people once he's president by giveing generous government contracts to his buddies.
But if he's not elected, we've screwed those thieves out of their bribery money.
