This city doesn't have much value! Come on. I made all 6x6 blocks with over 50 police stations that crime was nearly nonexistent. Moreover, all my office towers by the river were worth over 200,000, and m residential zones had huge 3x3 condos.

I think you're doing okay, besides, the closest thing AT has to 'lakes' and 'parks' is 'banner ads'

I DID come very close to building a "Hi-Way" connected to the "Chicken Strip" but I decided it was too much work.

Yeah I was really being historically accurate. good thing you corrected me on that, or everyone would have thought sim city 2000 came out in '83. Boy am I glad we avoided that pitfall.
